4 Week Baby Massage Course
This course equips parents with a full range of massage techniques to incorporate into their daily lives.
Parents will learn the complete massage sequence, lymphatic exercises and ways to relieve discomfort associated with colic, reflux, constipation, wind and congestion.
Pressure, rhythm rate, the length of the massage, respect, bonding, why baby cries, baby's body language, relaxation and parent empowerment are some of the skills and topics you will learn.
Baby massage techniques are taught in stages so that you can practice at home and come back each week with any questions.
Length of Classes: Each class runs for approximately 1 hour and the course consists of 4 weekly classes.
Cost: The cost of the Massage Course is $29 per week. This cost is not per baby (e.g. if a parent has twins, they will only need to pay $29) and both parents may attend class.
Intimate One-on-One Class: $199 per couple for course (2 weekly x 1.5 hr classes)
Private Group Classes - Mothers Group, Playgroups:
Why not organise a "private" class for your group? Minimum of 4 babies needed for class @ $29 per week. Maximum cost of group is $220 per week.
All prices include GST and include unlimited play at Jumbos.
Massage oil will be provided for each class or your can purchase your own online or at Jumbos' reception.
