“In the spirit of reconciliation Jumbos acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We would like to recognise that the original occupants, the Birpai people of this land lived in the Port Macquarie area for more than 40,000 years. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.”

Jumbos OOSH (Outside of School Hours) Care is located at Jumbos Playland Indoor Play Centre. We drop your children off to school in the morning and pick up them from school in the afternoon. Read more…

Jumbos OOSH has proudly provided before and after school care in Port Macquarie during the school terms and vacation care during school holidays and pupil free days since 2014. Our child care is centre based for children aged 5-12 years from Port Macquarie and the surrounding areas.

Our service is Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approved and eligible parents are able to claim a reduction in fees with child care payments going direct to the centre.

Our Jumbos OOSH care service complies with State Regulations and licensing requirements. We abide by the National Quality Standard, National Regulations, National Law and National Quality Framework and the My Time, Our Place Framework.

Our team’s primary role is to provide a safe and caring environment for children, enabling parents/carers to pursue work, study/training or other activities.

Children’s cultural diversity is recognised and children are supported to explore who they are and who they want to become.

I love Jumbos OOSH because all the teachers are welcoming and acknowledge you. I also like it because all of the kids will be your friend. Sometimes in other place there won’t be anything there for you but at Jumbos OOSH I feel I have unlimited options.

Kylie Mum

Jumbos OOSH is part of our family and we are grateful for all the opportunities our boys have been engaged in for all the years they attended. They have been safe and happy when we have had to work.

Brendan Wellbeing Officer

Children deserve to be protected, listened to, unique, included, have a safe place to learn and grow, play and most importantly, be happy.

Peppa Mum

Jumbos OOSH is a place all the kids feel safe and happy. To have somewhere they can have not just a good time, but also a positive learning experience, where they can grow as people in this changing world.

Monique Coordinator

To help in any way that I can, to keep all of our educators/team as the happy, friendly people that they are. In doing this, I am sure they will continue to be reciprocal in their friendships and respect they have for each other. With happy educators, I know that our children and families will benefit.

“…Evolving, nurturing, unique…” – June, Educational Leader
